Five Guys in Wisconsin is seeking a Shift Manager to supervise crew and shift leaders, directing daily restaurant operations in the General Manager’s absence. You will ensure high standards across product prep, delivery, customer relations, maintenance, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

Shift managers supervise crew members and shift leaders with extra responsibility for daily operations in the General Manager’s absence.

Direct daily operations to maintain service quality and efficiency.
