Job summary

ESFM, located in New Ulm, MN, is seeking a full-time Shift Supervisor to direct associates on a shift, train staff, and ensure policy and safety compliance. The role includes scheduling, evaluating performance, and producing reports to meet quality targets. It also serves as the point of contact for time-off requests and employee concerns.

Prior janitorial, PIV and floor care experience plus sanitation knowledge are considered a plus for this position. Competitive hourly pay offered.

Qualifications

• Supervisor, janitorial, PIV, and floor care experience is a plus.
• Must have sanitation and safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure completion of job expectations.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports and ensure quality, productivity and safety targets.
• Serve as the contact person for time-off requests and employee concerns.
• Mentor and develop employees and support advancement within the company.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
