Wonder is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee kitchen operations at our Blue Bell location. The role supports overnight operations with shifts typically from late evening to early morning, and offers a competitive hourly rate plus a $2 premium for overnight hours.

You will lead a restaurant team, coordinate with chef leadership, manage orders, ensure safety and sanitation, and monitor costs while upholding high standards of quality and service.

Formación

• At least 1 year supervising in a QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the US.
• State/county health dept requirements may apply.

• Lead restaurant team during opening, service, and closing duties.
• Coordinate with chef leadership and other departments to ensure high-quality service.
• Receive and process kitchen orders and deliveries per protocol.
• Maintain stock levels and assist with supplies and ordering.
• Ensure safety, sanitation and hygiene across back-of-house areas.
• Monitor kitchen costs and adhere to budget guidelines.
• Ensure all equipment is safe and functional; conduct required briefings.
• Provide training, coaching, and development for staff.
