Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead our Center Valley kitchen team and ensure top-quality food and service. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate with the chef leadership team, and manage ordering and stock to meet guest expectations.

This role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a QSR or full-service restaurant, the ability to work evenings, overnights and weekends, and to lift up to 50 pounds while maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervising experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or full-service restaurant.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the US.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for a full shift.
• Availability to work evenings, overnights, and weekends.
• Food Manager Certificate as required by local health departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team in opening, prep, and closing duties.
• Coordinate with chef leadership and other departments to ensure top quality service.
• Receive and process kitchen orders and deliveries per protocol.
• Monitor stock and assist with supplies and ordering.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards across back-of-house areas.
