Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure that job expectations are completed while policy and procedure are maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules for staff.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline when standards are not met.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity and safety targets are met.
• Act as the primary contact for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
