Job summary

Braum's in Irving, TX is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily food-service operations and support guest satisfaction. You will coach store crew, maximize sales through service and quality, oversee shift operations, monitor inventory and safety, and ensure policy compliance.

Must have at least 1 year of retail/food service experience and a valid driver's license. This full-time role offers hourly pay of $14.50–$15.00 and a schedule that includes early morning shifts, with benefits including

Hourly Compensation

$14.50 - $15.00 (annually $35,500 - $37,000)

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

Work Schedule

Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week.
