Braum's Inc. is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead the store team during opening shifts. The role focuses on coaching crew members, maintaining food quality, and ensuring smooth shift operations across Braum's food service, grocery, and fountain zones.

Work hours are from 5:30 am to 3:00 pm with a rotating 3-week schedule and an approximate 45-hour workweek. Compensation is $14.50–$15.00 per hour, with annual earnings around $35,500–$37,000, plus benefits. Reports to the Assistant Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Monitor inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Ensure Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed.

Hourly Compensation:

Work Schedule:

Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week.
