Starbucks Coffee Company in West Columbia, SC is seeking a shift supervisor who leads with craft and heart to create a welcoming community space. You will guide baristas, ensure quality beverages and food, and model friendly service during all hours.

You will coordinate tasks, train teammates, manage cash handling, and uphold store safety while maintaining attendance and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of customer-facing experience.
• Six (6) months delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.
• Ability to prepare and coach food/beverage preparation to standard recipes.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse welcoming for the community.
• Direct the work of team members and ensure quality beverages and food.
• Handle cash and uphold store safety and security during shifts.
