Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to direct and delegate tasks to team members.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations as shift supervisor to ensure quality beverages and food.
• Coach and guide team members to execute recipes and service standards.
• Enforce store policies, safety, and cash-handling procedures.
