Qualifications

• Maintain regular and punctual attendance with or without accommodation.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Meet store policies: quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety with or without accommodation.
• Six months of customer-facing experience.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to 2+ employees.
• Prepare and coach beverage/food preparation per standard recipes or customizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to deliver friendly guest experiences.
• Ensure beverage/food quality and safety per Starbucks standards.
• Safely manage cash handling and store operations with the team.
