You will supervise the team, coach beverage and food preparation to standard recipes or customer requests, and ensure store policies, quality, cash handling, and safety are met.

Ideal candidates bring 6 months of customer-facing experience and 6 months of supervising or coordinating tasks, plus strong communication and teamwork

Qualifications

• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Adhere to store policies: quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety.
• 6 months of customer-facing experience.
• 6 months of experience delegating tasks to 2+ employees.
