Qualifications

• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality with or without accommodations.
• Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Follow store policies, provide quality beverages/food, handle cash, ensure safety.
• Six months of customer-interaction experience.
• Prepare and coach preparation of beverages/food per recipes or customer requests.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to staff or coordinating two+ employees.
