Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position involving constant interaction with customers.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Delegate tasks and coordinate two or more employees.
• Direct the work of others with strong communication and teamwork.
• Ability to learn quickly and communicate effectively.
• Knowledge of the retail environment and store safety.
• Commitment to attendance and punctuality.
