Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Ability to direct the work of others and coordinate tasks among team members.
• Effective oral communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of the retail environment and store safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming coffeehouse for the community.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Oversee cash handling, food safety, and store security while adhering to operating policies.
• Support and train teammates to ensure consistent, high-quality guest experiences.
