Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead team to deliver friendly, efficient service in a welcoming Starbucks environment.
• Ensure quality beverages and foods per standard recipes and customer specifications.
• Uphold store safety, cash handling, and security policies; manage opening/closing tasks.
