Qualifications

• Regular attendance and punctuality with or without accommodation.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• 6+ months in a role involving customer interaction and fulfilling requests.
• Ability to coach food/beverage preparation to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Experience delegating tasks to 2+ employees and coordinating team workloads.
• Effective oral communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse welcoming for the community.
• Direct the work of others and coordinate tasks for the team.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and foods to standard recipes.
• Uphold store policies, cash handling, and safety standards.
