Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company in Bentonville, AR is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead with craft and heart, guiding teammates to deliver consistently great beverages and foods while maintaining a welcoming store environment for the local community.

You will coach staff, manage responsibilities and scheduling, uphold safety and quality standards, and foster positive customer experiences while contributing to store operations and growth.

Qualifications

• Attendance and punctuality required, with or without accommodation
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Adhere to store policies; ensure quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety and security
• Minimum 6 months in a role with customer interaction
• Prepare and coach beverage/food to standard recipes or customized for customers
• At least 6 months experience delegating tasks to 2+ employees
