Qualifications

• Regular attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Meet store policies and standards, provide quality beverages and food, cash handling, store safety.
• Minimum 6 months interacting with customers and fulfilling requests.
• Prepare and coach preparation of food/beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• At least 6 months of experience delegating tasks and coordinating multiple employees.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of others and learn quickly to support store operations.
