Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with customers and fulfilling requests.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others or coordinating two or more employees.
• Ability to learn quickly and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shift operations and direct team members to deliver quality beverages and food.
• Coach and prepare staff to standard recipes and customer service standards.
• Maintain store safety, cash handling, and adherence to policies while providing a welcoming environment.
