Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations and ensure quality beverages and food products.
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members to meet store standards.
• Maintain store safety, cash handling, and adherence to policies.
• Support onboarding and development through training and feedback.
