Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Six months of experience handling customer requests and interactions.
• Prepare and coach preparation of beverages/food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees or coordinating two or more staff.
• Ability to direct the work of others.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Effective oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of the retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Teamwork and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse a welcoming space for the community.
• Oversee quality beverage and food preparation to standard recipes and customer specifications.
• Delegate tasks to team members and coordinate work for efficient service.
• Direct and coach staff to maintain store safety, cash handling, and customer service standards.
