Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Meet store policies including quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety and security.
• Six months of customer-facing experience.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shift operations and ensure smooth service.
• Maintain beverage/food quality and uphold recipes.
• Delegate tasks and coordinate team activities during the shift.
• Coach partners and provide direction to deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain store safety, cash handling and policy compliance.
