Qualifications

• Attend to customers with consistency and punctuality.
• Able to coach and delegate tasks to team members.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of retail environment and store safety.
• Able to adapt to flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift operations and ensure quality beverages/food to standard recipes.
• Direct and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Uphold store policies, cash handling, and safety/security procedures.
• Coordinate tasks for two or more employees and delegate as needed.
