Starbucks Corp. in Pleasant Valley Township, IA is seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead with craft and heart, creating a welcoming space for customers and partners alike.

You will oversee daily operations, ensure quality beverages and food, and model reliable attendance. You will coach team members, delegate tasks, and maintain safety and store policies while delivering exceptional service during busy periods, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
• Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Ability to direct the work of others and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift with craft and heart to make your coffeehouse welcoming for the community.
• Coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes, including substitutions as needed.
• Delegate tasks and coordinate responsibilities of team members to ensure smooth service.
• Uphold store policies, safety, security, and high cleanliness standards during all shifts.
