Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to lead daily store operations with heart and craft. You will guide team members to prepare beverages and food to standard recipes, uphold quality, and ensure a welcoming environment for customers.

Qualifications

• Attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodation
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
• Cash handling, store safety and security
• At least 6 months in a role with regular customer interaction
• Prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customer modifications
• At least 6 months delegating tasks to 2+ employees
