Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with customers.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming coffeehouse space.
• Ensure quality beverages and food per recipes and customer customizations.
• Oversee task delegation, team coordination, and store safety and security.
