Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift and delegate tasks to team members.
• Uphold quality beverages and food to Starbucks standards.
• Maintain store safety and security and assist with cash handling.
