Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is hiring a shift supervisor in our Virginia–Alexandria area to lead daily operations and deliver the high level of customer service our guests expect. You will coach a small team, manage beverage and food prep, and ensure cash handling and safety procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position requiring frequent customer interaction.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.
• Availability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Prepare and coach beverage/food prep to standard recipes or customized for customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and uphold quality beverages and food to standard recipes.
• Ensure cash handling accuracy, store safety and security policies are followed.
• Direct and coach team members to deliver friendly, efficient customer service.
• Create a welcoming, community-focused environment on every shift.
