Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Six months delegating tasks to other employees.
• Experience preparing beverages and food to standard recipes.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations to deliver quality beverages and food.
• Coach and coordinate tasks of team members.
• Uphold store policies, cash handling, and safety standards.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
