Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in a role requiring constant interaction with customers
• 6 months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees
• Availability for flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
• Meet store policies and standards including cash handling, safety and security
• Punctuality and reliable attendance

Responsibilities

• Lead the team with craft and heart to deliver quality beverages and food
• Coach staff to prepare beverages/food to standard recipes
• Direct daily store operations and ensure clean, welcoming environment
• Cultivate friendly customer service and community connections
