Responsibilities include:

1. Teaching, coaching, and providing leadership to store crew members.
2. Maximizing store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
3. Overseeing shift operations of Braum's food service, grocery market, and fountain sales.
4. Monitoring inventory, supplies, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness.
5. Ensuring store policies and practices are implemented and followed.

Work Schedule: 5:30 am - 3:00 pm

Reports to: Assistant Manager
