Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working directly with ID/DD clientele preferred.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Certified in Professional Crisis Management (PCM) within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Monitor active treatment, skill development, and growth of all clients.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals on shift and site.
• Ensure documentation compliance for bed checks, shift notes, and repositioning notes.
