Job summary

Eurest is hiring immediately for a full-time Shift Supervisor at Capital Once Cafe in Orlando, Florida. You will direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure that policy and procedure are followed. The role requires flexibility with hours and weekend/holiday availability.

Hospitality and/or barista experience is required; we will train. The position offers $18.00 per hour, plus tips, with perks like free coffee during shift and free parking.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline underperformers.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management ensuring quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
