Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in cash handling and customer service is required.
• Previous shift supervisor or leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve customer complaints.
• Complete opening, daily, and closing procedures.
• Operate point-of-sale system and follow cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed.
• Prepare, cook, package, and clean in the kitchen.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Train new team members.
• Maintain brand standards and inform leadership of issues.
