Responsibilities
  • Lead shift activities and team members to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to brand standards and food safety regulations.
  • Train new team members and monitor compliance with cash handling policies.
  • Handle customer interactions, resolve complaints, and operate POS systems accurately.
  • Ensure proper food handling, prep, and sanitation procedures.
  • Assist with inventory, stocking, and cleaning tasks.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell products, maintain product knowledge.
  • Report observations or concerns to management and perform additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • Experience in cash handling and customer service required.
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Ability to interact positively with customers and coworkers.
Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, lift, and carry at least 40 pounds.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality.
