Qualifications

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure tasks are completed per policy and required standards.
• Train and develop staff, create work schedules, and evaluate performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and create schedules.
• Evaluate workers and reward or correct performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management ensuring quality, productivity and safety.
• Serve as contact for employee complaints or time-off requests.
• Mentor employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
