Job summary

CC Holdings, Inc. is seeking qualified Shift Supervisors for our brands at the Indianapolis International Airport. Full-Time and Part-Time roles include responsibilities such as overseeing daily shift operations, training new team members, and ensuring top-notch customer service.

You will manage cash handling, food prep, and station coverage while upholding our HEART culture. Experience in the food industry is preferred, and availability nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in the food service industry preferred.
• Flexible schedule availability required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license to obtain airport parking pass.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily shift operations and employee performance.
• Maximizes customer satisfaction by handling requests and resolving complaints professionally.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and fully stocked workspace.
• Ensures smooth daily production and service operations.
• Performs sandwich artist, cashier, and CSR responsibilities as needed.
• Prepares sandwiches, wraps, salads, and bowls according to brand standards.
• Maintains food safety, sanitation, and quality standards at all times.
• Processes cash, debit, and credit card transactions accurately.
• Balances cash drawers and follows all cash handling procedures.
• Provides excellent customer service and promotes a welcoming environment.
• Assists with training and mentoring new team members.
• Supports operations while maintaining company standards and culture.
• Lead the shift from start to finish (opening, mid, and closing shifts).
• Set the tone for urgency, hospitality, and professionalism.

We are hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Supervisors (including Sandwich Artist/Cashier/CSR responsibilities) for our Brands (Java House Bistro, Lift Off, and Shapiros) location at the Indianapolis International Airport.

Schedule & Location Details

This position is located at the Indianapolis International Airport and operates:

• Monday through Sunday
• Nights and weekends required
• 5:00 AM – 11:00 PM (shifts vary)

Additional Leadership Responsibilities

• Lead the shift from start to finish (opening, mid, and closing shifts)
• Set the tone for urgency, hospitality, and professionalism
• Ensure proper station coverage and team positioning
• Adjust staffing in real time based on business volume
• Maintain smooth service flow and prevent bottlenecks at the register, expo, or kitchen

Qualifications

• Prior supervisor, sandwich artist, cashier, or CSR experience preferred but not required
