Pay Range: $19.50 - $20.00 per hour (Non-exempt)

About the Role:

The Shift Supervisor will contribute to our company's success by assisting the manager in executing and maintaining standard operations in our stores. They are responsible for delegating tasks, maintaining a safe and clean environment for our team members, and ensuring all operations run smoothly when the manager is not present. They are responsible for delegating tasks and working with our Team Members to create and maintain the 7 Leaves standard of operations and customer experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth operations and maintain high standards, whether a manager is present or not.
• Stay calm and adaptable during busy or unexpected situations to support the team and ensure operations run smoothly.
• Communicate clearly with both team members and management to avoid miscommunication and ensure seamless shift transitions.
• Create a positive work environment by addressing any challenges or concerns that team members may have, while assisting them in problem-solving and improving efficiency.
• Handle customer complaints and conflicts professionally, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining a sense of community.
• Complete scheduled opening, mid-shift, and closing duties punctually, while also managing orders, inventory, and cash processes according to company procedures.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, ensuring team compliance to meet food and beverage standards, and assist in training team members to promote a positive, efficient work culture.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs regularly.
• Proficiency with technology/computer systems (i.e. Excel, attendance system, ordering system, etc.)
• Have excellent communication, problem solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, and walking
• Ability to maintain a calm composure amidst a fast pace environments and rushes
• Eagerness to learn and build on constructive feedback
• Effectively lead and delegate a team during scheduled shifts
• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple conflicting assignments
