3 Taps is a casual outdoor lakeside bar where patrons can enjoy draft beer and cocktails by the fire while listening to live music. Food and soft drinks are available from The A Truck, a food truck operated by Chautauqua Hotel Company. During the nine-week summer season, tableside and bar service are available from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily. During the pre-season (May) and post-season (October), service is typically available Friday to Sunday.
About Your Compensation
Compensation starts at $18.00/hour, with potential to earn up to $20.00/hour based on experience and qualifications.

About the Referral Program
Chautauqua Institution offers a referral bonus of $500 (less taxes) for active employees who refer a new hire who remains employed for at least 90 days. For seasonal positions less than 6 months, the new hire must stay employed for at least 30 days and until the season's end.
About Your Schedule
Flexible full and part-time schedules are available during the summer season, starting in June and ending in August. Schedules typically include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Shifts usually start between 5 a.m. and 5 p.m.
About Living on the Grounds
Limited housing may be available on grounds or nearby, but candidates should not assume employer-provided housing unless stated.
