Job Description

Janitorial Operations Supervisor at Scioto Services

Shift: Monday – Friday, 5:00pm - 1:30am

Hourly Rate: $19.50

Location: Oberlin, Ohio

Requirements:

• You must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of manager or supervisor experience preferred.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation; must have own vehicle.
• Ability to speak English for safety reasons.
• Pre-employment drug screening, driving record check, and criminal background check required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Job Duties:

The core of your job involves cleaning and maintenance. Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining general cleanliness of assigned locations.
• Training new and existing associates on cleaning procedures, equipment, and maintenance.
• Communicating directions and expectations clearly and effectively.
• Completing pickup and delivery routes for supplies and laundry.
• Promoting a safe working environment.
• Managing associate attendance, work order assignments, safety audits, and inspections.
• Participating in meetings with site and night managers.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
