Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous manufacturing or industrial operations experience required.
• Previous supervisory or demonstrated people-leadership experience required.
• Ability to lead employees, establish expectations, provide coaching, and administer corrective actions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift with safety as the first priority and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and environmental requirements.
• Maintain safe, stable, reliable, efficient, and quality-focused plant operations during the shift.
• Coordinate maintenance priorities and support troubleshooting; escalate significant issues as needed.
• Ensure effective shift turnover and clear communication of status, issues, and actions.
• Develop operators and coach performance to meet plant management priorities.
