Job summary

A leading energy company located in Battle Mountain, Nevada, is looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor. This role will oversee daily operations of a power plant including both a solar facility and a coal-fired plant. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in coal handling and supervisory roles, alongside knowledge of safety standards. The position offers a collaborative team environment committed to safety and sustainability, with opportunities for growth in a dynamic industry.

Qualifications

• Five (5) + years of experience in coal handling, rail yard operations, or similar.
• One (1) + years of supervisory or team lead experience in heavy industry.
• Familiarity with OSHA, MSHA, and environmental compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities for crew to operate power plant equipment safely.
• Supervise, support, and develop power plant operations crew.
• Troubleshoot plant issues and update training records.
