Wonder is hiring a Shift Supervisor for our Shrewsbury, NJ location to lead kitchen operations, ensure food quality, and deliver outstanding service for every guest. You will supervise team members across opening, prep, and closing duties while partnering with the chef leadership team.

Responsibilities include managing orders and deliveries, maintaining stock, enforcing safety and sanitation, monitoring costs, and coaching staff to uphold standards and a professional, ethical leadership style.

Competenze

• At least 1 year of experience supervising and/or leading team members in a QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a strong drive for efficiency and accuracy.
• Demonstrates professionalism and adheres to policies and procedures.
• Must have effective verbal and written communication skills.
