YMCA Robin Hood Group in Mansfield is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead our Housing Duty Workers across Mansfield and Ashfield accommodation buildings. You will ensure operational standards are met, support staff, and foster a culture of excellence.
You will work Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, on a 2-week rolling rota. Duties include recruitment onboarding, appraisals, and coordinating training while maintaining a positive, proactive environment for residents and staff.

Ashfield accommodation buildings. Your role will involve ensuring operational standards are met, staff feel supported and
fostering a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
This is the perfect role for anyone who enjoys variety, loves being busy and thrives off neverbeing able to predict exactly what will happen that day!
You will work Monday to Friday, 37.5 hour per week. We work on a 2-week rolling rota so you would have advance warning of your shift patterns. The rota pattern is:
8am to 4pm
3pm to 11pm
There is no requirement for you to work weekends; we have a separate team for that!
You will need a car and UK driving license to be able to do this job as you will travel between these 2 locations frequently.
About You
As an experienced Team Leader or Supervisor, you will excel in managing a team and find motivation in their success.
Your excellent communication skills will ensure clarity in expectations, and your commitment to continuous improvement will inspire your team.
You will remain calm in challenging situations, providing direction and support when needed.
