Startouch1 Corp, a proud Starbucks Licensee in South Florida, is hiring a Shift Supervisor to support daily store operations across multiple locations. Immediate openings, full-time & part-time roles, with training and growth opportunities.

Ideal candidates enjoy serving customers, work well in a fast-paced team, and are dependable with strong communication skills. Weekend and holiday shifts available with flexible scheduling and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of guest service or retail experience preferred.

What You’ll Do As a Starbucks Shift Supervisor you'll play a key role in supporting with daily store operations. This position helps lead, deploy, and support partners to ensure smooth operations while delivering an exceptional Starbucks Experience to every customer.
