Pay-Less Markets in Guam is seeking a Store Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations at the Oka Store in Tamuning. Reporting to the store manager, you will supervise staff, ensure customer service excellence, and contribute to training and procedural compliance.
The role requires 2-3 years of related experience, high school diploma or higher, and English proficiency. You will help manage inventory, schedule, and performance evaluations while maintaining a safe, clean shopping environment.

Reporting to the store manager, the store shift supervisor’s primary responsibility is to supervise the daily operations of the store ensuring excellent customer service is provided to all customers, training, directing, and effectively supervising staff.
