Position Summary

The Production Supervisor will be a hands-on production and packaging floor Supervisor that will lead and manage the frontline production teams in our juice manufacturing facility. This role is critical to ensuring that production goals are met safely, efficiently, and with a strong focus on quality — all while fostering a positive, team-oriented culture.

Role Scope & Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead production and packaging staff during shifts.
• Monitor the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Train, coach, and evaluate team members to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain accurate records of production metrics, equipment downtime, and employee performance.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Inventory teams to resolve issues and improve processes. Troubleshooting and Problem solving.
• Ensure team is following proper start-up and shutdown procedures for all equipment.
• Assist in identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Handle employee concerns and work to foster a positive team environment.

• Participate in SOP and Work Instruction writing.
• Ensure accurate record keeping in batch records and NetSuite data entry.

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a food or beverage manufacturing environment, preferably in juice, liquid/food processing or CPG.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing safety and quality standards (GMP, HACCP, SQF).
• Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
