Your responsibilities

- Drive shift production execution, overseeing a dynamic team to deliver on Factory KPIs.
- Champion site EHS & Quality Compliance, promoting a culture of safety and best practises.
- Develop shift team capabilities, ensuring high performance through continuous improvement mechanisms.
- Manage substantial Factory budgets responsibly, identifying opportunities to enhance cost-effectiveness.
- Cultivate strong cross-functional relationships, ensuring collaborative and efficient production execution.

The experience we're looking for

- Locally certified with a command of local health and safety requirements.
- Accomplished leader with a talent for motivating others and fostering robust teamwork.
- Effective decision-making with the capacity to synthesise complex information into actionable plans.
- Competent with IT systems, including ERP software like SAP, and proficient in data analytics.
- Demonstrated experience in innovative problem-solving and improving business processes.
- Proactive in building business partnerships and adept in supply chain and logistics management.

US salary ranges

USD $71,000.00 - $107,000.00

US pay transparency

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
