Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Store Supervisor in Romeo, MI to oversee store crews, coordinate with management, and ensure a high level of customer service. You will greet customers, address questions or concerns, and maintain orderly merchandise presentation across shifts.

The role requires strong communication and supervisory skills, with a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends. High school diploma preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations by supervising the crew and coordinating with store management.
• Communicate effectively with management and crew to ensure smooth daily activities.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints to promote a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and uphold CVS policies.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and ensure displays, signs, and promotions are properly executed.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs) and maintain off-shelf merchandise.

Essential Functions

• Management
• Work effectively with store management and store crews
• Supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities
• Effectively communicate information both to and from store management and crews
• Customer Service
• Assist customers with their questions, problems and complaints
• Promote CVS customer service culture. (Greet, offer help, and thank)
• Handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy and promote a positive shopping experience for all CVS customers
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality
• Merchandise/Presentation
• Price merchandise
• Stock shelves
• Execute the displays, sign and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise
• Execute the display and maintenance of off-shelf merchandise
• Reset departments following POGs
