Trulieve is seeking a Shift Supervisor to assist the General Manager in leading store personnel, maintaining brand standards, and ensuring compliant, smooth daily operations at our Reading, PA location.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, managing customer interactions, and upholding confidentiality while meeting performance metrics. The role requires cash handling experience, strong communication, and flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; upholds confidentiality and discretion.
• Able to communicate in conversational English to work effectively with customers and team members, operate electronic equipment, and follow safety procedures.
• Ability to interact with customers and team members respectfully and politely.

ROLESUMMARY

The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for assisting the General Manager/Assistant General Manager in leadership and supervision of store personnel, achieving key performance metrics and ensuring the efficient daily operation of the store. This role is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional customer experience.

KEYDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assume all duties of a key-holding supervisor related to opening and closing procedures and basic supervision of staff and retail processes
• Maintainbrand standards in visual merchandising
• Ensure consistent regulatory compliance with all state specific regulations
• Review, communicate and ensure compliance with all company SOPsand assure that any changes are communicated to employees
• Provide coaching, training, and development to the team that is focused on company service standards and accountability to meet specific objectives
• Monitorandmaintainstoreinventory
• Responsible for handling and resolving patient issues and escalations
• Maintain professional working relationships with business partners
• Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance
• Perform other tasks that have been assigned by management

ADDITIONAL MINIMUMQUALIFICATIONS

• Mustpossessa valid driver’s license and passaMVR background check (delivery locations only)
• Must be able to pass a level 1 and level 2 background check
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must function independently, and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies
• Must be able to relate to and work with patrons of different ages, abilities, and patrons that at times are experiencing emotional distress, or displaying a hostile attitude
